Procedures:

Scheduling of Dog Training services will include an evaluation of your dog at no additional cost and we will discuss the areas in which you would like to see improvement. Payment in full by cash or check is to be expected at the end of the first session.

 

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
We understand that life happens and schedules change. There will be no cancellation or rescheduling fee for dog training lessons. We ask that you give us 24 hour notice in the event that you need to cancell a midday visit or dog sitting so that we can offer the availability to other clientele. 

 

All sales of services are final. No refunds will be given for cancellations of future dog training lessons, midday visits, or in home pet sitting. You will be able to to use all paid services for a future date as they hold no expiration date.
